Once we were all up, we hung out, did the typical picking up around the house and just spent some time together. Christian's parents came over to spend some time with us and make dinner...so they all grilled and cooked while I cuddled with the baby. I eventually ventured outside in the horrible heat for a while to sit by the pool with Olivia. It didn't last long though...the heat takes it out of me much quicker these days!
After dinner and some chatting, his parents were on their way. We had a little TV time together, and I was off to bed early. I think I need to get used to going to bed early...
Ashley, I just want to tell you that I love your blog! I enjoy reading your posts and looking at all the lovely pictures. Congratulations on Amelia and for having a successful VBAC which I understand was so important to you. Amelia is beautiful and I love her name. I'm a regular reader of your blog..when I didn't see ur posts during the days leading to Amelia's birth, I was a little worried and very curious to know what happened. I am a mommy on the January 2009 board and have a li'l 18 month old girl like you do.It's amazing how cute they get everyday! Hope you are getting some rest. I cannot imagine how hard it must be with 2 li'l kids, but it's great that you have help from family and friends. Take care and Good luck!
