2017 - Week 17

Week 17 - 4/24/17-4/30/17

It's been a LONG time since we've sat around the table for a real meal! Got the table cleaned off ahead of Eliza's birthday party coming up. We'll see how long it lasts.

She was so excited to come home and tell me that she moved up to green books this week! I was seriously in tears the first few months of school, trying to figure out how to get through to her, how to teach her to read. I'm so thankful for the Reading Recovery program she's in, and so damn proud!

We have tulips!!!

Trying out some new curlers I bought for the girls. They were super easy to put in, but not very long...

Olivia and I went on a date to the outdoor mall today to do some outlet shopping.

It's official. He's in his big boy chair!!! I cannot believe it, he looks so tiny. (We had to move his straps down a notch after testing it out)

2017 - Week 16

Week 16 - 4/17/17 - 4/23/17

We've been battling the stomach bug again the last few days. I took half a day off  Monday to stay home with my babes. Noah passed out on the floor, I watched some Netflix with the girls, and the world was peaceful.

Mama caught the stomach bug from her babies...so now her babies have to take car of her.

9 Month Check-Up is in the books! He's 29" (72%) and 19lbs 14ozs (52%). His stranger danger is on high alert these days, so that's fun. He is overdue for his 2nd flu shot, but with his potential allergy flaring up again, we're still holding off. She's going to talk to an allergist to see if he should be tested. Finally! We also had a nice long chat about the measles outbreak going on right now, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do but wait it out.  So frustrating.

2017 - Week 15

Week 15 - 4/10/17 - 4/16/17

Looking good as new, and older by the minute!

9 Easter Bunny Visits, and we've sure filled up his lap!

WHAT?!

3/4 of a year behind him. I can't believe it! He's still rocking 8 teeth, with two more trying to poke through. He's crawling like a maniac, pulling up to stand, crusing the furniture and trying hard to stand on his own. He babbles quite a bit, getting out the ocassional "dada" and "baba", but no real words yet. This last month he moved into his crib (in our room), and he's been doing really great sleeping in it. Next step, he's getting a convertible carseat!! We confirmed his egg allergy (or, intolerance - that part is not yet defined), but other than that, he has been eating great, loving food, and loves his sippy cup for little sips of water. He's so happy being on the move, there's nothing like watching a little figure out the world around them!

I think he constantly questions his life watching the chaos that is his sisters.
